For example, you purchase a policy on the internet, pay your down payment and cancel your old insurance policy, all in good faith...your new company sends you a cancellation notice for whatever reason. you 've lost your old "covered" policy and got yourself a problem for now and the next 3 years.
Finally, you act in good faith in purchasing a policy and expect to be covered for future losses. The loss occurs , THEN the company underwrites your policy AFTER the loss. Are you covered or not?
